Whether you dine at The Centre Court Grille, grab a quick sandwich at the 10th Tee Snack Bar or attend a Gala event in the Grand Vandorf Ballroom, Glenway’s Food Services team is committed to providing outstanding service and award winning cuisine to you and your guests. Our Food & Beverage Committee are dedicated to planning innovative and delicious ideas throughout the year. Some favourites include: “At the Chef’s Table,” an event which allows members to experience a sumptuous five course plated meal with wine pairing, prepared by Executive Chef, Marcello Anastasi. Members also enjoy the annual Easter Brunch, Mother’s Day Brunch, Brunch with Santa and New Year’s Eve Gala. Led by Derek Brown, Glenway's Food & Beverage Manager, the Food Services team works tirelessly behind the scenes to help deliver our fabulous member parties throughout the year. Members are still talking about the our annual Pool Patio Party Casino Night in June, and look forward to the many social events coming up! Glenway’s NEW menu (see menus on left) has something for everyone. Among your choices are fresh salads, savory soups and delicious entrees. If you are watching your waistline, talk to your server about ways you can “lighten” certain dishes. As a member, you know that our Pasta Bar is now a Thursday & Friday favourite! Enjoy pasta bar for lunch & dinner. Executive Sous Chef, Larry Minos will create any pasta, meat & veggie combination that your heart desires.
