How does it work?* Refer a new fitness, squash, tennis or golf member and when they join you will receive a credit on your house account equal to 5% of the new member’s dues.

What do I do to qualify?* Complete a 5% CASH BACK New Member Referral Card (available on the referral bulletin board, at Front Desk & Club Services or online at glenwaycountryclub.com). Submit your referral card to Front Desk, Club Services or online to qualify for your 5% CASH BACK credit reward.

*Terms & Conditions: To qualify, a referral card or online referral form MUST be received by the Club between September 1 and December 31, 2009. All referrals must be contacted by the referring member prior to submitting the referral card or online referral form. Any person who has contacted the Club prior to being contacted by a member, does not qualify as a referral. At the time of joining the referred person must acknowledge that they were referred by the referring Glenway member. Only the first member who refers a new member, in accordance with the above referral protocol, qualifies for the 5% cash back credit reward. 5% cash back credit reward is calculated as 5% of the referred applicant member’s individual monthly dues (before tax) and is credited to the referring member’s house account on the 1st of each month provided that the referring member and the referred member are both active members in good standing. The credit reward commences on the 1st of the month that the referred member is billed for dues (Fall is Free months do not qualify) and continues monthly until the earlier of a) the referred member downgrades to a lower membership category, b) the referring or referred member resigns, or c) December 31, 2010. 5% cash back credit rewards may only be applied to Club charges other than dues, will not be paid in cash and are not transferable. All 5% cash back credit rewards must be utilized or will automatically expire without notice on December 31, 2010. The referred person must join Glenway as a NEW Adult, Spouse or Young Executive in the categories of fitness, squash, tennis or golf by December 31, 2009 (previous Glenway members do not qualify as new referrals). There is no limit to the number of friends, family and colleagues you refer. Members may make referrals to fitness, squash, tennis & golf categories regardless of the member’s category of membership; eg. a fitness Member can refer a golf Member.
