Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On!

Spots in Group Ride may be reserved up to 1 day in advance by calling the Front Desk (905)853-5590-0 between 7:00am - 10:00pm weekdays and 7:00am - 8:00pm on weekends.


You may reserve a spot for yourself and 1 family member.


If you have reserved a spot, please sign in at the front desk before the class.


If you have reserved a spot and cannot attend, please call front desk and cancel ASAP


If you have not reserved a spot, you may sign in before the class for any available spaces.
