FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Fitness classes are designed to accommodate all levels, from the beginner to the advanced participant. Our certified instructors will be glad to suggest modifications to make your workout more enjoyable.

BOOT CAMP A total body workout that never goes out of style! Intervals of cardio and muscle condtioning keep your heart pumping and energy high. Lots of options to challenge yourself, at any level!

CARDIO BLAST
This hi/low cardio class gives you a variety of your favourite cardio moves and music packed into a
45 minute workout. All levels welcome!

GROUP ACTIVE Activate your Life in only one hour. Feeling fitter, stronger and more alive has never been more achievable or more enjoyable! Incorporating all elements of fitness, Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility, all in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors. GROUP POWER Using barbells, this 60 minute program is your hour of power! With simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. Discover Group Power and discover Results!

GROUP RIDE Everyone finishes first in Group Ride! Pedal in groups, roll over hills, chase the pack, climb mountains and spin your way to burning calories and strengthening your lower body. This 60 minute cycling program is geared for anyone that can ride a bike. Motivating music, awesome instructors, and an inspiring group environment lets you Ride On! CLICK HERE to get started! HEALTHY BACK & ABS Strengthen and stretch the muscles of the core and low back while you condition your abdominals.

20/20/20 20 minutes each of Step, Cardio and Core work for a total body Workout! This class is followed by an 15 minute Abs class for those who want the extra Abdominal workout!

STRENGTH + STRETCH Strengthening exercises combine with stretching for muscle endurance and flexibility.

YOGA Experience Hatha Yoga for fitness of mind and body, stress management and flexibility. The emphasis is on breathing, relaxation and moving within your own comfortable range of motion.

DYNAMIC YOGA Dynamic Yoga features more fluid transitions and more repetitions of each posture.

YOGALATES Enjoy the benefits of Yoga and Pilates combined in this restorative hour.

ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and international music and dance moves. Merenge, Salsa, Cumbia, Hip Hop, Belly Dancing, Calypso and Flamenco…Join the workout party and dance your way into fitness!

To enjoy your class experience, we recommend the following:

* Allow time to participate in the warm up and cool down. If you arrive late, ease into the workout by participating at a lower intensity. If you have to leave early, please let the instructor know if possible, and allow yourself a few minutes to stretch before you go.

* Wear supportive workout shoes and comfortable clothing.

* Drink water before, during and after the class to keep yourself hydrated.

* Go at your own pace, and HAVE FUN!
